We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order where reasonably necessary, including for reasons relating to product availability, pricing/listing errors, suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, incorrect customer information, or unusual purchasing activity. If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will arrange an appropriate refund.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests. Returns and refunds are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

5. Prices & Payments

Prices on our website may be displayed in the currency applicable to your location or selected at checkout. The currency and price displayed at checkout will be the final purchase price for your order.

Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed at checkout do not include applicable taxes, customs duties, import duties, or other charges that may be imposed by the destination country. honestly.i is based in Malaysia, and international orders are shipped from Malaysia. If you are ordering from outside Malaysia, your order may be subject to taxes, customs duties, import fees, or other charges when it enters your country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

You agree to provide accurate and complete billing, payment, shipping, and contact information when placing an order. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers, and your use of those services may be subject to their respective terms.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to process and dispatch orders within the timeframes stated on our Shipping Policy. Delivery times provided are estimates and not guaranteed dates. Once an order has been handed to the delivery carrier, delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control (e.g., courier delays, customs processing, public holidays, weather).

If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or is incorrectly fulfilled, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help resolve the issue.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Where permitted by applicable law, honestly.i requires products to be returned unused and in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a return. Our online store is hosted and powered by Shopify, which provides the technology platform that allows us to operate our store and provide our Services. Purchases made through our store are transactions directly between you and honestly.i (Shopify is not the seller or merchant of record). Shopify collects and processes information in connection with providing its platform in accordance with its own privacy policies.

If you submit a review, comment, suggestion, photograph, testimonial, or other feedback ("Feedback") to honestly.i, you confirm that you have the right to provide that content. You grant honestly.i permission to use, reproduce, display, and share that Feedback for business purposes (such as improving and promoting our products), subject to applicable law.
