We want you to feel good about your honestly.i purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help. Thank you for choosing honestly.i — we prepare each order carefully and ship from Malaysia.

We currently ship orders to Singapore, Malaysia and Australia. If you are located outside these countries and would like to place an order, please contact us directly at hello@honestlyi.com so we can assist you. International orders ship from Malaysia and may be subject to additional customs requirements or charges depending on the destination country.

Orders are usually processed and prepared within 5–7 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day. During launches, promotions, holidays, or high volume periods, processing may take a little longer. If there is a significant delay, we will keep you informed.

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination. All international orders ship from Malaysia and may incur taxes, customs duties, or import fees upon arrival. These charges are set by local authorities, are the customer's responsibility, and are not collected or controlled by honestly.i.

Where tracking is available, you will receive tracking information once your order dispatches. Please allow a short time for tracking details to update after the parcel is handed to the courier.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, check your tracking first before reaching out to hello@honestlyi.com. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — if an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees will apply to resend it.

We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible, your honestly.i set must be in the exact condition you received it — unused, unwritten in, and in its original packaging with all components included. Because honestly.i is a personal journaling experience, items that have been written in, marked, damaged, or used are not eligible for return.

Honestly. I Guided Self-Reflection Journal Set set include: the honestly.i journal (200 blank pages), prompt cards, scratchers, pouch, and introductory materials. If any component is missing upon arrival, contact us right away.

We cannot accept returns for products that have been written in, used, altered, or returned missing components. Sale items are not eligible for return, and gift cards are non-refundable.

Inspect your package upon arrival. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email hello@honestlyi.com immediately with photos of the product and packaging. Keep all original packaging while we work out a replacement or refund for you.

We do not offer direct exchanges. For a different item, return your original order and place a new one. For EU customers, you retain your standard legal 14-day right to cancel or return under applicable law.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval and you haven't received it, please contact us.
